The brief
A franchised dealership sits between two systems it doesn't fully control: the manufacturer's model content and a third-party used-stock feed. Both change constantly. The site still has to rank for the searches that bring people through the door — a specific model, a service booking, an MOT, a dealer near me.
Our approach
Separate showroom, used stock, workshop and offers so each competes for its own intent.
Handle feed-driven stock pages properly — indexation rules, canonicals and graceful handling when a bike sells.
Give servicing, MOT and finance their own pages, because those searches convert and nobody optimises them.
Keep the dealership itself unambiguous in local search: one location, correct hours, correct categories.
Scope of work
- Technical audit across showroom and stock templates
- Indexation strategy for feed-driven inventory
- Workshop, servicing and MOT content
- Google Business Profile optimisation
- Vehicle and LocalBusiness structured data
Results
We don't publish traffic, ranking or revenue figures without the client's written sign-off, and most businesses would rather their numbers stayed private. If you want specifics on results, ask on a call — we'll share what we're permitted to share, with the source.
