Build — Services

In short

We build custom websites on Next.js and React with TypeScript, engineered for speed, accessibility and search from the first commit. You get a codebase your team can maintain, not a page builder you have to keep paying to escape.

01Why it matters

Most business websites are slow because of decisions made before a single line of code was written: a heavy theme, a page builder, six plugins doing the job of one component. By the time anyone measures the damage, it's structural.

We build the other way round. Performance, semantics and structured data are constraints from day one, which is why our sites pass Core Web Vitals without a rescue project six months later.

You probably need this if

  • Your site is slow and nobody can say exactly why
  • Every content change needs a developer
  • You're on a page builder you've outgrown
  • You're rebuilding and don't want to lose search visibility

02What's included

01

Design system first

Tokens, components and states defined once, so every page inherits the same quality and new pages take hours instead of weeks.

02

Server-rendered by default

Content exists in the HTML. Search engines and answer engines never have to execute your JavaScript to find out what you do.

03

Performance budget in CI

Agreed LCP, INP and CLS targets per template, enforced on every pull request rather than checked once at launch.

04

Accessible from the start

Semantic markup, keyboard operability, visible focus, contrast and a genuine reduced-motion experience.

05

Content you can edit

Structured content models in a headless CMS, so marketing ships changes without a developer in the loop.

06

Measurement wired in

Analytics, conversion events and Search Console configured before launch, so month one produces usable data.

03Deliverables
  • Discovery and technical requirements
  • Design system and component library
  • Responsive, accessible front-end build
  • CMS integration and content modelling
  • Structured data and metadata layer
  • Analytics and conversion tracking
  • Launch, redirects and post-launch monitoring
04The stack

Every layer below is something we specify, build and monitor. Pick a layer to see what actually happens there.

  1. Speed treated as a design constraint, measured in the field rather than in a lab screenshot.

    • Core Web Vitals
    • LCP
    • INP
    • CLS
    • Image optimization
    • Caching
    • CDN delivery
    • Font optimization
    • Minimal JavaScript
06Web Development questions

  • Most builds run six to ten weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the number of templates and how content-ready the business is. Discovery and strategy take the first two weeks.
